Pedro was born in Rio de Janeiro, where he started performing in 1993. After obtaining a degree in Graphic and Product
Design (ESDI, Rio de Janeiro), Pedro took an MA in Theatre: text and production (UEA, Norwich). He has worked in
many areas of the performing arts, both in Brazil and the UK, from set design to acting, from playwriting to leading
workshops with refugees. He currently lives in the UK, where he is a Lecturer in Drama at Buckinghamshire New
University.
